Shockingly, or perhaps not, even at the restaurant in the corporate headquarters the kitchen failed to prepare the food well. After 40 minutes we were left to still wait for our drinks. At first just the entree was brought to the table. After waiting for 10 minutes I had to go to the counter and ask about drinks and French fries. More than once I have been stranded at yhe drive thru cumberland maryland mcdonald's. Just to be giving a messed up order. Thus us it if called numerous time's but the problem remains. I actually wanted to leave but I wad blocked in at the drive thru. Average time 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Calling doesn't help Complaining doesn't help. For me there will be no more mcdonald's anywhere unless thus matter is corrected I am truely
The new Snack Wraps - They use the same disgusting chicken strips in their wraps. They new snack wraps are horrible, not the same as the original. Bring back the classic not this cheap, disgusting chicken strips that make me want to puke.
Went to McDonald's in Rock Falls,Il ordered 2 5$ McChicken meals and used my reward points to get a 3rd McChicken got home. There was only one McChicken in the bag. The lady told me to come back I was already home after driving 15 miles. This place has very bad service.
