I've played well over 15 different cabinets given by this company at various locations around Myrtle Beach. Cranes are set to, seemingly, the lowest possible pressure. High prize cabinets are set to the lowest response times, and prices are a little high for basic arcade games. I really am ashamed to admit the amount of money I've gambled on their cabinets. Purchased a gaming less than a year ago to place in our lounge. Owners grandson sold it to me, and said if there were any issues they would take care of it. Since then there has been nothing but issues. They came to address a issue once, after that they have refused to do anything else. I contacted the new head of sales Robert Bisset, and he would not return my calls or text. If you don’t want to be stuck with a machine that’s a lemon, buy from someone else.
