I went to the mcdonald's on HE BAILEY TURNPIKE, no monopoly stickers on required items. They have paper on the wall.Showing certain items are no longer part of the list of they have. But still shows on the menu. I'm very unsatisfied, cuz. I wouldn't have gotten large if I known that. That false advertising.
My husband and I went to the he Bailey store and ordered a large drink and frys to get the monopoly pieces only to find out this store dosnt have them. And when my husband asked about it the worker was very rude and snapped at him to look at the sign that was placed no wear near wear you order so how were we supose to know because the kiosk still shows it as a monopoly iteam. This is very poor customer service. This not only reflects badly on the store but the company as a whole
I’ve been waiting in line at the McDonald’s off of Lee and 11th St. 20 cars have left out the line and there’s at least 10 cars waiting it’s October 18th 10:26 with a knew remodel being done hey should definitely try to get and take care of there customers and also in the evening they’re always close early. I just don’t understand. I would rather drive cash and get my meals when need be.
I just wanted to know regardless of location anywhere across the US... why do yall sell ice cream and shakes if yalls ice cream machines are ALWAYS DOWN?!?!?! Maybe yall should just take it completely off the menu since yall cant sell any to begin with. OR train your employees to clean the machines so they "work".
