I’ve been waiting in line at the McDonald’s off of Lee and 11th St. 20 cars have left out the line and there’s at least 10 cars waiting it’s October 18th 10:26 with a knew remodel being done hey should definitely try to get and take care of there customers and also in the evening they’re always close early. I just don’t understand. I would rather drive cash and get my meals when need be.
I just wanted to know regardless of location anywhere across the US... why do yall sell ice cream and shakes if yalls ice cream machines are ALWAYS DOWN?!?!?! Maybe yall should just take it completely off the menu since yall cant sell any to begin with. OR train your employees to clean the machines so they "work".

Norman Oklahoma, Emily the young Asian female, more than 3 times looks and speaks as myself and others that's unfortunate not even worthy to order from the menu. Been ignored till finally I've walked out. On Portland and Porter.
