You're a dumb. I go in to McDonald's in fort Mason Iowa, they can never get your order. Correct, they have 1 person that is on there. That is rude to the customers. And when you tell him that he did not do his job correctly. He told me that I was very rude to him. Now I deal with customer service and I am customer service. And I have been rated very high and customer service. I have taken a Orange Julius that was down to 23% sales in 6 months. I made it all up to 98% sales and a lot of places that's impossible, but I did it.... read more
Food was horrible Service was even worse.
Main Street McDonald’s in Galesburg, IL is nasty. They really had some nasty substance in my burger and after I explained that I threw up my entire meal and was only refund for the two burgers after they made me bring back my WHOLE order, drinks included. What a worthless joke of a corporation. I’m glad that I’ll never be dining at any of your restaurants ever again and hopefully others do the same.
Owners are Rude! They allow their GM's to put on any reason why an employee quits so that way they can't get rehired on even if you give them a 2-week notice!!!!! Worst employment and owners ever.
