Very friendly
One worker did start to help me, she walked away when a coworker asked her to ring up her meal. Two Managers who were doing expo up front both look and ignored me. Eventually one of the managers did help me. Lousy service, I would've given zero stars if it were an option
On 3/3/2026 at 12:44 a.m I ordered 2 Big Arch combos. After getting home opening up the box and taking the first bite I tasted something long and stringy. After I investigated what it was I found a long piece of hair on my sandwich. I called the wrong location (downtown)to report the incident and was told by Becca that they just switched over to breakfast and I would have to wait until lunch to have my order replaced.
