Right now, my favorite McDonald's location. I have only experienced employees here to be much more polite, helpful, and pleasant. Compared to other locations, they seem to know what they are doing, take their job seriously, and care for the customers. More often than not they get our food orders correct which cannot be said about other locations we have experienced close by, unfortunately. I've been coming to this location for years, but during my last few drive-thru visits, I've noticed that the staff seem unhappy and have poor attitudes. They don't greet customers or say thank you, and it often feels like they're bothered to do their jobs. I let it slide the first couple of times, but since it's become a repeated experience, I felt management should be aware. I hope customer service improves because this location has always been one of my favorites.
