I was double charged for my McDonald’s App order. I went through the app first and found where it says all payment and refunds are issued directly to the McDonald’s your order is picked up from. So when I tried to explain this to the Manager she simply refused and said “I’ve never had to do a refund from the mobile app.. I don’t even know how to do that.. have a nice morning.” Ok 👍 so I guess I need I come back at a later date when another manager is available who isn’t a “special hire”
