How you got a Frappe but no coffee? How you got a shake but no ice cream? How you take cash but no credit card? Why did it take 20 minutes for a McChicken sandwich to be ready? This place is awful 😞 And I did not mean this as a joke...the service sucks!
This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the city of Gary. The best time for me to go to this location is the morning the morning crew always has a food fresh and they put everything together just like you said it’s supposed to be nothing ever missing. I really enjoy using that McDonald’s app and I get my food quicker I feel that the afternoon or evening crew needs to take tips for the morning crew because they never have the food ready. Slow @ lunch time
Placed an online order. Went to pick up went through the drive thru talked to the lady gave her my code. Mind you yes they are busy I understand I don’t mind being patient. I get to the window to pick up my food. They say they don’t have my order I’m like I just have the code to the lady at the speaker. The lady comes and starts yelling just going off.
