This location 100% needs NEW management. Everything a mess.
I ask for espresso shot in my mocha frappe and the lady doesn’t know what is a espresso shots and ask again but she say “No” and ask next window and the another lady said a”NO “ and simple no said sorry , she said say you have to ask in first window and I explained that she doesn’t know what is a espresso shot and she said “NO” again , so ridiculous cause I not reuse to paid for it Why no have friendly people there or people with know what is selling or serving therethis McDonald need prepared people and friendly
Only reason I'm giving it four stars is due to the breakfast, the breakfast is off the chain at this McDonald's and I don't know who came up with the apple caramel frappe the Lord how I wish it could stay on this menu. It is good in love with that. Now the late night staff need some complete work they just do anything and don't care.

Waited 30 minutes in a drive thru. They closed the lobby it's 10 30am, I mobile ordered breakfast and they told me after waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru that they couldn't make it. The girl was slurring her words. This is why I don't bother with mcdonalds anymore. I'll take my 20 bucks and go to burger king because there burgers don't taste like fake meat. Staff your restraunts adequately please.
