Hot, fresh, and fast
It’s sad when there’s no more customer service that’s being promoted in businesses today walk-in managers are on laptops. Never acknowledging the customer no one‘s ever at the front counter. You have to order through kiosk very impersonal. You hear people talking in the back and then they yell at a number ,with that you receipt doesn’t print out so you forget what number you are it’s just so sad that this is our reality. The only time you’ll get a response is through a post like this cause it’s all that matters.
The food was good. The tables were clean. The only person I dealt with was kind and helpful. It lacked the feel of people of connection. It was empty when I arrived and most people just went through the drive thru. There were a couple of people who came in to pick up orders. But it stayed mostly empty the entire time I dined in.
