Arrived in drive thru with two cars giving their orders on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30. I preordered online a simple burgerwith pickup at drive-thru. Big mistake at this particular McDonald’s. Ended up waiting close to 15 minutes. Not acceptable for a fast food that boasts quick service at drive-through. I complained to the two different tellers about the inefficiency of their service. I have been multiple times to this macdonald because its near to my place. The servise in dining is not great. Today when order came at our table, bigmac burger was missed from order,i went to see front desk customer service to get burger but no one there available to even ask for help. I have kids with l me and they were impatient to get their food, I waited 5 to 10 min to see if someone will show up for help but i observed that they come in hurry with order number's, drop things and went back with totally ignoring someone ... read more
Waited over 20 min for fries , while 2 cars in drive through
