Update- this McDonald's has went down hill. Food is always wrong and cold. I ordered food and didn't even eat it after the first bite. The cheeseburger was cold, made wrong , the fires were so cold they were pure grease. The customer service jas completely went down hill. I live in West Jefferson and I literally think my blood pressure goes up everytime I visit that location because of the inconsistencies, rude staff and attention to only the drive thru customers. Was told i couldn’t use app at the window. I’ve done this before a million times. The person was just busy and didn’t want to do it.
DO NOT let them tell you to move from the drive thru window if you dont have your food. When you go through the drive through here, they push you out to the second window or a parking spot so they can keep their times compliant with corporate. In actuality you wait 10 minutes for your food, that comes out wrong or you get forgotten about. Am currently in line, they missed our happy meal so we have to bang on the window.
