I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Long wait time in the drive thru. No offer of sauce or anything, after I asked for a sauce that they "No longer have"....how do you not have big mac sauce. Coffee machine was down as well.
The Food always has issues here but the customer service is absolutely horrible. The people took for ever to come back when we ask for one second to ask our kids what they wanted. Then 5 minutes later came back and said “Order!” So we were confused and asked what was that and the person said “Order what you want.” So we proceeded to order our food and after every meal/item the person said “That it?” And then had the nerve to start complaining about us right after we finished our order before turning the microphone off. 2/19/2024 Literally one of the worst Mcdonald’s you could eat at, if they actually get to serving you that is. Says they’re open until 12, nobody is in there. Says they open at 5:30, “the systems are down,” every time, or there’s no one in there. I think i could get better service if i paid somebody to slap me in the face, bc that’s basically what you’re getting here.
