employees genuinely suck woman on the phone was so rude and let my food get stolen and never got my orders right in the first place
Constantly mess up orders. Wrong food sloppily put together.
Absolutely the worst. Made me sit for ten minutes, gave me a fresh McChicken and an old one. Got attitude.
Came in on 10/18/2026 at 3am to order food off the kiosk just wanted to get some nuggets and a drink, but the lady at the counter instead yelled at me and my dad, and said we can’t order off the kiosk. Then proceeds to come back out to ask if I had ordered I told her I placed a mobile order, that I just wanted to order nuggets that’s why I was trying to order off the kiosk, she proceeds to walk away and start talking under her breath in her headset about unprofessional and disgusting behavior
