Best coffee ever
I witnessed your employee tell a elderly lady that they need to use the kiosk because they didn't have time to take the order. This is unacceptable and I hope the general manager you hired will have a team training session on how customers are treated. I Door Dash for extra money and can't believe store management allows this to happen. You need to start hiring better people. Such a disappointment how trashy this McDonald's has gotten. See my previous review below. Why does the entire lobby smell like sewage? It seems like something that should be taken care of. The employees are apathetic now. I don't know if this location changed ownership or what but the previous version was never like this even as the Whitewater location where we live turned to trash years ago.
