Management sucks, very poor place, unprofessional.
Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different mcdonald’s. This one is always extremely slow and unorganized. The blue haired girl has a terrible attitude and treated me horribly for going to the second window to pay when there was no one at the first window. This location is disappointing everytime.

The worst McDonald's for service in the city..otherwise it's still McDonald's and aside from a shamrock shake there isn't anything great.
They are the worst in janesville WI. They always forget something in your order and very slow service. I don't think they ever got my order right. I went there today to give it another chance 1/12/2026. Again disappointed with the pick up order and they forgot to add my large fries that I ordered on the side. Love McDonald's just not this location. I wish it was better, it's so close to my house
