Absolutely horrible customer service experience at this McDonald’s. I placed and paid for a mobile pickup order through the app and went to pick it up. The General Manager came out and told me my payment had not completed, even though I showed her both the receipt in my McDonald’s app AND my bank account showing the money had already been taken out. Brand new nice McDonald’s , has a little area to eat outside , I’m happy it’s close to where I work as I enjoy McDonald’s just missing the playground for the kids :/ .. Updated Review I must say this McDonald’s Quality is good the fries are always fresh and HOT I have never been missing any sauce or item like other McDonald’s , the lady’s are nice and talk to you good , great Job !
I felt so bad, while I was there I witnessed the staff get verbally harassed not once but twice in one hour. They were Working hard with a very busy drive thru while also being berated by senior customers who didn't know how to use the app or kiosk and they blamed the staff instead with violent language. I hope the staff has a better rest of the day and know that their hard work doesn't no unnoticed
This location always closes early. The time they close online is not true. I have tried to order food late at night three times now and they continue to ignore me even though I see employees inside.
