All tables were all dirty on the inside. Staff weren't greeting customers at the front counter. They were all laughing, and joking in the kitchen. Food took a while to come out. Luke warm temp of foods. This mcdonalds was stellar when it first opened but now its lost its sheen.
First time here, the female on the intercom talks way too fast. Three times, I said, "I'm sorry, I can't understand you." The third time, I added, "Can you please speak slower?" Incredibly, she spoke faster, louder, and added all kinds of attitude to her voice. This happened around 4:30pm on April 16, 2026. 3 time's missing items today no hash browns with big breakfast I always check my order in home and they not busy so no reason for missing.
I showed up to get my breakfast from This location because is listed at 24 hours. so you can order your food but when you show up at 4:30 a.m. they tell you know we don't open till 5:00 a.m. and we close at 11:00 p.m. I asked her why I was allowed to order food on the app this location she said sorry
Horrible experience waited 47 minutes for our order and it was just 4 drinks service is extremely slow and they can not get a order right I ordered mango smoothie and got refreshers I just took them didn’t want to wait any longer
