The new business model stinks!! Waited for service to order.... Ended up having to use the kiosk (hate it). Simple order took over 10 minutes with a handful of people at Best in the restaurant. No drink station.... No condiment station.... Very unwelcoming atmosphere. BTW....The cheeseburgers have the smallest meat patty I've ever seen.... Last time I'll walk into a McDonald's!!!
No hamburger patty on a cheeseburger? It’s one thing to forget some ketchup but the whole damn patty?! What is working back there!?!! This place would thrive with the correct employees, to the managers don’t be afraid to enforce more training or rotating your workers until you find the right fix!! I’ve been here a handful of times, and everytime my order is wrong, cold, 20+ mins wait time in drive thru and they skimp out on the fries all the time.
