We have been coming here for as long as they've been open. We have never once received our entire order. Today, no fries. Last time, no happy meal. Not only that but the service is extremely slow. I end up waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told to pull up or into a spot to sit another 20-30 minutes. I live 6 minutes away, but coming to this McDonald's is always like an hour long task.
Asked for a Mocha Frappe in the drivethou lane. The lady had an attitude and told me the machine was broken. I pulled over and put the order for the Frappe on the mobile app and walked inside and they made it for me. Im not sure if she lied because she is lazy or just annoyed that I asked for one. Told the manager.
This place has went downhill since it opened and that was recent. The staff look like deer in headlights. I been there twice and had to wait for my food for well over an hour I will be recommending people go to the one in front of the HEB of six and 288 since they now how to operate and treat customers well. Truly disappointed and will not be going back and making the few extra minute drive to other location.
Used the kiosk and my order was correct and on time.
