Good luck ordering anything besides a burger without being told to pull up to the next window or parking space. They never have anything prepared.
This is now the second time in a row this location has tried to short me on my order. First time: I was told to wait for my order. When they finally gave me the bag, it was missing both a 20-piece nuggets and a basket of fries. I knocked on the window and got ignored until someone finally came over. Second time: they gave our coffee macchiato to the car behind us and completely forgot about us waiting. No apology, no urgency—just carelessness. No one was at the front counter when I was waiting to pay from the kiosk, and when I was looking at them they was to scared to aproch the counter
No one offered to help or see what I’m waiting on multiple people seen me and looked away very unprofessional this store needs better management
