Just got a coffee but was taken aback by the lifeless place this has become. No human interaction other than handing you the product (not even food at this point). No customer welcome, no life, just a transactional area and then you leave. Even the grey outside box speaks to the lifelessness. Do I feel good about consuming your product when it's so dystopian? No. Not really. Bring "human" back to a human experience!
Ordered breakfast through the app at 10:45am.Came to pick up my order at 11:04 they tell me they ran out of every breakfast item.
It was 30 minutes before close. Dark where I was eating and just didn't even look at it until after I ate more than half of it. It was extra pink and under-cooked. It was also just gross and not very big. Big macs are better and bigger for less $$ and Whoppers are still beating them both. I contacted support. They said they sent my info to the location. That was a month ago and I haven't heard anything lol I very rarely will even eat McDonald's. It was just the only thing open when I got off of a 16hr shift. I'm not sure why... read more
I was taking my grandfather out to get him icecream and coffee and I had forgotten my wallet and they were nice enough to give me the food anyways. Very kind and generous staff
