March 15th between 930 and 935 we were in. Placed our order. Told they were just waiting on fries. Watched them bring up fries and multiple orders go out for drive through. When we arrived we were the only ones inside and no one in drive through. Finally got our food went out to car and it was wrong. Missing items. Maybe they could have gotten it right and served quicker if only employees were in the back so they could do there job instead of visiting. Very disappointed.
Went through drive through and ordered my 6 piece nugget meal with 2 sweet and sour. Get home 15 minutes away to see no sweet and sour sauce. Go back ask for meal to be replaced as now it is cold due to their mistake. They said nope they cannot. So now I'm out a meal and 15$. Horrible customer service. Offered me a sweet and sour sauce to go with my cold meal.
