On multiple recent visits, staff members have entered my 4-digit mobile code mid-order and finalized/stored the ticket before I was finished speaking. Doing this locks the deal basket, preventing the cashier from attaching valid promotional add-ons (specifically, the add-on cheeseburgers for combos as displayed on the menu). Worst experience. Severely undertrained staff. I ordered from the kiosk for my wife and two kids, it gave me a printer error after paying for it. I went up to verify if the order had gone through or not as I couldn’t check on my online banking because there is 0 cellphone signal inside. The teenager at the front simply said “ I don’t know”. She then asked if I ordered a bunch of things i hadn't, which to me, essentially said that they didn’t get my order. I asked if I should just re-order? And she walked away.
