Ali, the guest service representative was absolutely fantastic. After my order was not printing, he personally saw that my order was fulfilled and some. He showed peak customer service by making sure I was content and that my experience here was fantastic. He represented McDonalds with excellent hospitality and I couldn’t believe the other reviews written because Ali completely contradicted every negative review with his impeccable service. Because of him, this McDonald’s performance is absolutely outstanding.

Went through drive thru, told to pull ahead and we waited for 15 minutes while many other customers got their order and passed us. Finally my daughter went inside to get our food. They couldn’t find us I guess but we were in the drive thru line. The manager offered to replace our fries but we were on our way to a jets game and didn’t have time. Everything was cold by that time. Terrible!

Service was terrible, I’ve never had an experience like this at a McDonalds before, it was truly bizarre. I went through the drivethru , order nuggets and two burgers at 8pm. Told me to go to the second window. I waited 10 minutes while 3 trucks with bigger orders than me came and went around me, I thought they forgot about me. Finally got my order, checked the bag and one of the burgers missing. I parked and went into the store to fix it, and there was literally no staff at the till.
