Ordered $40+ worth of food through Uber tonight and this hamburger was part of the $20+ meal for one person - "Arch burger meal". While I realize there is grace for mistakes, there is no room for allowing undercooked meat to leave your restaurant. The line has to be drawn somewhere. Long wait for chicken nuggets. My order was to go. I didnt get a straw for my Coke and only received one napkin.
Who does the ordering here ? Fire them! How can you be always out of products and be a brand new store . Get your act together people!
I tried to place order for multiple times and called them several times. First no body would answer the call .and then finally someone picked up the phone. I told them that i want pick up at certain time and don't cancel the order .. But they kept cancelling the order.. This was horrible.. even after paying upfront with card why would you cancel my order ??? Thanks for ruining our dinner !!
