had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald's. Not only was I given the wrong order, but I also had to wait 30 minutes before receiving my food. When mistakes happen, good customer service can make all the difference, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The manager could benefit from additional customer service training. Talk about waiting food is cold ice cream is melted there just kids here playing around ignoring the customers been waiting for ten minutes
