It was 9pm, 2 h before closing time, ordered to-go, received 4 items without a bag including 2 drinks and kindly asked the front employee for a drink tray since I had a small child with me and had to walk, she responde “it’s passed 9pm we are out of service”, mind you, it was during open hours, multiple people were ordering without a problem, definitely not out of service, she was just absolutely annoyed to be working, on top of that forgot my straw and I had to go back and ask again, she gave it to me while rolling her eyes... read more
Yes, it gets busy. Yes you could wait 20 minutes, or you might consider ordering online ahead of time and skip the lines. I frequent this location a few times per week, my spouse goes daily. Management is in abstentia, only see him once in a blue moon. If you want better ambiance, you can carry your take out across 125th to the Bollinger Forum public space which is free of teenagers, known to be unruly here at times. I normally spend 100 a week on McDonalds at this location Today I asked for ketchup from the table service staff member I then tried my iced coffee and it had no sweetener So when he came back with the ketchup I asked for Splenda The manager proceeded to yell at me that I need to ask for everything at the same time She kept arguing with me and it was very unprofessional I felt unheard and embarrassed I'm not used to being treated like this at this location
