Why is the manager yelling at staff. When the staff called her out she said she yells at everyone. This happened today at 10:41am. Brown hair pulled into a bun and wears glasses and a stripped shirt. No wonder why people quit. I'm a manger myself and I would never tell at my staff. And she can't say she was yelling cause it's loud there were 6 people in the lobby and it was not loud in the kitchen. She even said she knew better than to say certain things.
I was 3 cars back and it took 18 minutes to get my order. Plus the order was messed up at that. Sorry but that will be the last time i go there
Extremely rude manager. My drive though code wasn’t going through and when I was asking simple questions I kept getting rubbed off. I went inside to check on it because I ALREADY PAID through the app. When I was asking if they could try the code again it seemed like I was getting mocked and treated like I was stupid. Didn’t get my food or a refund.
Customer service was awful. So was the food. Go to Ontario location
I walked inside today and ordered a McDouble with extra onions and when I got it, it had ZERO onions and it only had 1 patty. The person I was served with had a terrible attitude was extremely rude and cursed at me, I got her name I think it was mayla I. WILL. NEVER. EAT. HERE. AGAIN. I also saw the workers in the kitchen dancing around when they could be getting my food, which there was some good people that were nice, While there was some nice people most were bad I wish I could give -3 stars
