I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's. The staff seemed extremely tired and uninterested, and their communication was poor. It felt like they didn’t even want to help customers or explain anything properly. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet even basic expectations. I hope the management looks into this and improves both staff attitude and service quality.
Bad overall - I never leave bad reviews but believe it can be good for management to train your staff better. - ordered a sandwich with no sauce, large frice and 20 pack of McNuggets - left in a rush when I received my food because at the window the cashier read it back to me, they got it correct. When I checked my food, I received a 4 pack of nuggets, sandwich had sauce, and fry’s were filled halfway. $15 it’s not a big deal but just a reminder to train your staff to listen to directions/actually input them when taking an o... read more
