When I asked for the small fry I ordered, that was not included in the bag, the man at the window seemed annoyed and impatient. When asking for the other fry from another employee they were equally agitated. It was Monday, March 2 about 1 in the afternoon. I do understand there will be chaos. People please remember you are dealing with the public. McDonald's, please remind your employees of what appropriate behavior is. Obviously they need a serious refresher in Customer Service.
