Today, 9/20 at 10:30am, me and my sister came to this McDonald’s. The person taking our order was not polite. It took us 20 minutes to even get to the pay window and we were parked for another 20 minutes, just to get cold fries, burnt but squishy nuggets, and the wrong soda. The woman who gave us our food knocked on our window the moment she got there, which was rude. This was a completely disappointing and frustrating experience. I called 3 times to speak with a manager, but the phone was disconnected. Super angering.
10-20 minute wait everytime Im here, no matter what time of day
This was the McDonald’s near my nieces house in Pennsylvania. I think it’s called the West lawn area. Very very kind people there are very clean. The food was on point very warm one of the better McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. I’ll tell you that much.
used a deal on my app for two big macs two cheeseburgers a ten piece nugget and two fries. i asked them to not put big mac sauce on one of the big macs just for them to not put sauce on either of them. when they handed me my food they said my order but left out the cheeseburgers so i said there should be two cheeseburgers. they then proceeded to assure me “yes two cheeseburgers “. i open the bag after getting home and boom no cheeseburgers. so i’m missing two cheeseburger both big macs have no sauce and the customer service ... read more
