It’s not easy making modifications to your orders using the Order Kiosks. Yet, when I go to the counter to order, staff escorts me back to the kiosk and “shows” me how to modify the ingredients of an item, but she types SO fast (to impress me on how easy it is to use the kiosk) that she SCREWED UP my order! Suggestion: When a customer expresses a desire to ORDER AT THE COUNTER, let him ORDER AT THE COUNTER.
