Ordered my food and then had to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. I watched as the employees seemed to be standing around and I had to ask then to work on my order 4 separate times. The restaurant want dirty, trash everywhere and my food tasted stale.
Fantastic the fries were fresh
Awful service in the evening. Morning staff seems much better trained. My sister worked here for a couple months and management did absolutely nothing to make sure new staff knew how to do their job.
Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I honestly blame whoever the franchise owner is and not the staff that were here they are clearly understaffed. They’re trying to replace their staff with ordering machines at the front been here, three or four times and no matter how busy or slow it is it’s always a slow slow experience. I hope management reads this or at least McDonald’s ownership does and let the franchise owner know that they need to invest in more employees here.
The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They pull everyone forward. 7 cars waiting for over 30 minutes. Employee came out and didn’t even know what any of the cars ordered. After 45 minutes I went in and got my refund. I wasted so much time here and for that I will never return to this location. #rocketscience
