This is the absolute worst McDonald's in the world. Disgusting food, burnt,cold, how?? manager is incompetent and dismissive when they screw up your order. I'd rather eat the dead squirrel in my backyard. Unacceptable especially when we are the 1st customer of the day. Will be notifying corporate.
Bro every other order my shit is WRONG, i can't doordash kenai's MC Donald's because I can't walk back in and get my order right.
Waited 27 minutes for an order placed in store. The manager I assume continued to push food out but would not help any other employees bag it up and give it to the customer. Rather they would continue pileing food to be served but no one served it. Poor example of teamwork and respect for your employees.
I cant even come here anymore for lunch because of the wait times. 20 minutes on a good day and 30+ on a bad day. I just go to Arbys now. Theyre way faster even when there is a line.
