They advertise things that “aren’t available”. But you can order it on the app for pickup unknowingly. When you complain to corporate about not getting what you paid for the rude manager will call you and scream at you and basically call you dumb because “there are signs on the drive thru window”. Food was ok, but everything else was awful. The place is not clean at all. No napkins, no condiments, no hand sanitizer at the kiosk. We have experienced this before at this location. Clean it up and train your workers in customer service!
Mobile ordered nuggets. Waited long enough to question life choices. Staff couldn’t find my order, turns out it was chilling (literally) on the counter. McMystery solved. Dinner: lukewarm disappointment.
Probably the shadiest McDonald's in the area. Don't recommend letting your kids work here, witnessed relentless bullying of a staff member here while the manger said nothing. Shame on Sondra & John Farris! Poor leadership!
