Fast food is supposed to mean fast food. Not wait to order your food for 20 mins and then wait another 20 mins to get your food after ordering. This place is a literal joke and everyone moves at snails speed here. You can probably drive to the Godfrey location and back to town and eat your whole meal before you finally get your food at the Jerseyville location.
All of my food was super fresh around 7 am. I opted to pick up my food inside and had to wait a couple minutes but she upgraded my drink to a large which I really appreciated. The ladies this morning were awesome!
Worst McDonald's experience. If you are driving through town don't stop. Just go to the next town. If you live in Jerseyville, sorry. Still might be quicker to drive to Godfrey and drive back than deal with this location.
