Every time I place an order it’s always wrong in some way. There are clear directions that they obviously don’t care to read or maybe they are blatantly ignoring on top of making me wait an hour for it to arrive at my door (which at that point the food is cold), I’m not sure what it is but save your money and go somewhere where they can produce something worth your time and funds.
Your employee at aug 9th 11:15 pm shift is very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.your employee shut the door on our face . When I asked why and want to report to manager she said she is manager. Please check your video cameras at reported time .
Shocking. The doors get closed and the staff walk around like a Sam Rami film. You can’t collect an order unless you are a delivery driver. So forget walking up for a cheeky cheeseburger. And even then they get the order all wrong and take 20 mins to answer the collect booth. A total joke.
