Excellent as always.
Had a mobile order and then placed a normal order at drive through. Asked for 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and I hand the card with a receipt code with it and the guy said "what am I supposed to do with this?" He then taps my card as im explaining the bogo for the survey you can do. And he advised that he no longer can do anything since its paid for. I pull to get my food and its just a single and not a double. As it turns out he handed me back my old receipt with the survey code on it instead of the most recent one... read more
