Most of The staff working drive thru have been rude they need to have better customer service. A lot of the time sauces get missed or order is wrong.
Ran by a bunch of kids. Waited at the drive thru for pick up since they close their lobby’s a hour early, Since there was a line I couldn’t get my order. why give the option for pick up at the counter then. I didn’t get my order and was charged $12. I will be getting my money back and some.
Been getting my order wrong alot lately in the evening
This mcdonalds is absolutely the slowest one ever. At night I would avoid this place. They are so slow and take forever getting the food out. I've been in line for over 7 minutes and haven't even moved. They need to hire more people or shut it down. The wait period I'd absolutely ridiculous at night time. Even when there's 2 people you're waiting for an absurd amount of time. Never coming here at night again. Poor service
It’s dishonest business practice to mark an order as ready, when it is not, in fact, ready. This has happened at least three times this week now. (Edit: now 6+ times.)
