Surprised no option to rate management, but my one star stems from that. Not sure if the local owner or corporate, but whoever added that automated AI response should be fired immediately because it is so disrespectful of the employees and me as a consumer. It asks for your order before the employee is ready to take the order, so majority of the time I have to repeat my order after I have given when the person is finally ready. I've gotten the snack wrap three different times. They put so little cheese on it that it was tasteless. So the second time I got one, I showed them the picture I took and asked if they could put more on it without charging me. They told me that they had forgotten to put it on there and asked if it was okay if they put it on the side since they had already wrapped it up, but then they forgot to put the cheese in the bag at all.
