The workers there were obviously more focused on giving their friend free drinks than actually taking care of the customers in the store. I ordered 1 singular Large Carmel Frappe and it took almost 20 minutes. When I finally went up and brought it to their attention one of the workers said, “I don’t even know what that is.” The drink was barely even cold and tasted just like creamer and sugar there was absolutely no little chunks of ice in it at all.
The food always comes out hot, greasy and soggy. Not bad kids, just seems like training is a little off here.
This store sneaks up charges on people. I just purchased food for me and four of my family members. They took my order at the window and on the screen, it said medium drinks. We get to the window and we are given five large drinks. Also had to request a drink tray, why don’t they just assume to give people drink trays?!? Where is the common sense.
