Waited 10 minutes inside, 4 people in the restaurant. Finally I yelled out, is anyone taking orders. A girl comes to take my order with an attitude. I told her the guy in front of me left without anyone taking his order. I said I'd like a number 1 medium with coke, she said we don't serve pop or coke. WHAT??? No coke, I left without getting anything. Must have been 12 cars in the drive up window.
Placed an online order (order#AT24 for you managers) through the mobile app for curbside pickup. Waited probably 10 minutes but I get it, places are busy. Get home and enjoy my burger and fries, take a bite out of a nugget and it is undercooked. All 3 boxes (a 4 piece and two 6 pieces) were undercooked and mushy in the center. I drove back to the store and waited FIFTEEN MINUTES in front of the counter. Not once was I asked if I had been served or if I needed help. I just wanted my food remade because it was inedible.
