Good, even with special order
Order on the App, had a special order biscuit for our son. Drive up, finally got order, get home and no special order biscuit. Call the phone number and get a recording. I contact McDonald's via website, I get a response from the Director of Operations. First, she got the location wrong, did apologize but no offer to replace item. With prices today, lack of action to remedy issue is not a very solid business decision . This echoes other reviews of this location on N. Broadway.
Always good, always cheap and friendly staff. Clean restaurant.
Picked up 3 meals &an order of crispy chicken strips with 3 pies. Arrived home only to find there was no chicken strips! 🤬That was the fifth order in a row that was screwed up. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager asking her if it took a rocket scientist to work here and showed her my receipt letting her know about the missing chicken.
