Brookrn Hill location worst experience ever no was going to wait on us until I suggested going somewhere else, the Kiosk were all down. The entire lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I ordered our food to stay they packed it to go and left items off our order our food was cold and buns were stale we asked for a refund and went elsewhere
Y'all need to fire the manager Michael at the McDonald's on Kelley Highway he is very rude and mean very rude and mean to me as a customer and he was also saying very crude things to the crew members
