Over 20 minutes for a sausage biscuit and a hash brown is nuts. 5 people pulled to the side waiting for food for 20 minutes while watching other customers drive up and drive off with bags of food is ridiculous. Getting an attitude when someone comes in and complains. This is the absolute worst mcdonalds in the area as far as customer service goes.
So I if your McDonald's messes your order up. That they need to replace the whole order not just what they forgot to put in the bag. Is this your policy?
Went to get some lunch. Waited 8 minutes to order food on one side of the drive through while the other side had 4 cars order and move along the line. I finally said “hello?” And someone then asked for my order. I got my food and I started to eat my McCrispy and there were short light colored hairs in the sandwich and on the bun. I found 5 hairs on my sandwich. This doesn’t include the ones I probably ate. I was totally disgusted and unimpressed with this. Will not be going back here. Do not recommend.
