Had to wait 20 min just for an iced caramel macchiato. Terrible service.
I’m convinced we need to rate a fast food restaurant in its own context. As such, the Coldwater McDonalds easily rates five stars … on the McDonalds scale. The people who work at this location are friendly enough to make you feel welcome every time — but not so friendly that you want to back away from them. Food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and as ordered. It’s worth noting also that custom orders don’t grind your experience into that weird deer-in-headlights zone we sometimes see in this market.
