It's a McDonald's, been to one been to most anymore. The last visit was drive trough and had us pull forward because pop needed to change out, no big deal it happens. However, they never brought our pops out! Ended up going inside store after almost 10 mins of waiting, and nobody was at front counter, had to holler to get someone's attention (almost just went behind counter to get my own cups) when finally did get cups, filled them myself in lobby, by time got home meals where cold and soggy. Young lady rude , no idea how to talk to people, maybe it’s the people in this area who live in this little country town, parents probably tried to teach her but gave up, and let her talk and do as she pleases, the only bright side is food was fresh as I requested it, other than that customer service here is severely lacking!
