This McDonald’s always gives me lukewarm food and service. They continually leave things like sauce and napkins out of the order. Just drive a few extra minutes to the McDonald’s on mt Zion.

Every day my order is wrong and have to go back to fix my stuff and again tonight I was literally the only car being served and had to go back to fix my food this location needs to get it together being that every time my order is wrong 🤬

I order off door dash, a Mc chicken meal that comes with medium fries , mc chicken & a medium drink I order 2 the exact same way . I only got 1 of my sprites no sauce and I paid .35 for sauce . They are the worst when it comes to giving you all our food on door dash I will not be ordering from here again . Always the same bs . And no straws no napkins gotta do better Mc Donald’s . I placed a mobile order for a Quarter Pounder, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they were out of cheese. I was then asked to pull forward and wait, and after sitting in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, I asked for ketchup when my food was brought out. The employee told me I had to come inside to get it. When I went in to ask for a receipt, I was told they couldn’t provide one because the order was placed through the app. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.
