I ordered breakfast at the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes only to be told. They couldn't make the order apparently because they switched over to lunch. So they offered me lunch at a similar value. But the issue was the lunch for 3 people. Exceeded that amount of the breakfast. And they refused to allow the lunch value. As I stated to management that's not my problem. Matthew was at the window and he was a very pleasant young man. He was polite and he greeted us upon arriving at the window. Didn’t know what to expect because initially we weren’t greeted and it took a while to be acknowledged at the speaker. He made the inconveniences worth it. He also made sure we had all we needed and what all we ordered. I love to see young ppl with positive attitudes. Customer service is a big deal to some. Keep it in young fella ❤️
Patheeetiiiic 😆. I was on the phone at this location listening to reviews being read to me and was told about the missing patty within the long list of complaints and TERRIBLE reviews. Waited about 20min in a lobby with 1 couple and an empty drive thru to get my order and be missing1 nugget from each box of my 20pc. Either it was on purpose or someone is challenged beyond explanation.
