Customer service is crap. My food was turned over upside down in bag and container not closed stuff everywhere in bad . Drink not what I ordered. I guess this is why it took my 5 years to go back and I guess it will be me not going back. Please learn some Customer service and how to speak with your customers
3 strikes. We went specifically to get the McRib. The entire place smelt horrible like fish. They were out of McRibs, so we ordered other meals. Those meals were marginal at best. The fries were cold and not fresh. Fast forward a few days later, still craving the McRib, I decided to call ahead to ensure it was available. Seems like everytime I order plain biscuits for breakfast they are never cooked completely. The core of the biscuits are almost raw and barely cooked. Good thing I also ordered a McMuffin..
