This place is ridiculous, I sat at the drive thru waiting for my app to load was asked three times in under one minute if I was ready even after saying I needed one second. The guy hoped back on the speaker and said if you’re not ready get out of my drive thru! I sad excuse me? He said we got people waiting to order. Well sir I am ready to order as well but now you will not ever see me back! This isn’t the first bad experience here in under six months!
Ordered from the kiosk, didn't receive a ticket with my number. My iced coffee was only 3/4 of the way full and tasted trash. Manager was mean to other customers while I was there.
No straws in our bag. Manager was mean to others in the store. Wait time was average.
