Firstly, the employees were very pleasant and took my order correctly. I get a daily double with no onions. I have ordered it many times. I actually stopped doing it on the app because I always received it with onions on my sandwich. The last 2 times have been fine ordering it at the drive through so I did that today. I got back to work and upon getting my sandwich out of the bag it had a heavy onion smell. My reason for no onion is an allergy, not that I just don't want them. I went into the facility on 2/25/26 and ordered the two for $6 fish sandwich special. I got my sandwiches, and I left. I began to eat one of the sandwiches in my car on the way to a meeting. About halfway through that first sandwich, I found a medium length red hair. It was in my mouth by that point, and I spat it out as soon as I felt it. I don't have red hair. I was alone in my car.
