August 7, 2025 My trip to Dunbar McDonald's today. This McDonald's is owned by J. W. Ebert Corporation. Do not go here if you value your time because they do not value your time. I would suggest the management team take a field trip to Chick-fil-A in South Charleston and see Tom Minturn for some training on how to operate a drive-thru. It blows my mind that it could take 29 minutes to clear less than 20 cars from your line. The worst taste I've ever had from a double cheeseburger
Food can be hotter since it takes so much longer in line and that's two lines especially in the drive-thru and nobody says thank you nobody asked if you want condiments
