The worst customer service ordered a cheeseburger and a coke and sprite and they gave me the wrong order. Then when we ordered again they took 20 minutes
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to order, the lady tried to take my order but the headset was really low so she told me one second. She continued to take every one else order but mines. So I drove up to the window and was told “I cannot take your order here because everyone else order will get cold” I said I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to order while she takes everyone else order, she repeated “I can’t take your order because they food will get cold”
Unmixed shake asked them to remake they said “that’s just how it comes” didn’t fill the frappe completely looks like they made a medium and added extra whip cream to make up the difference chocolate sauce was all over the cup, also refused to remake the frappe, fries had no salt on them
