I wish I could leave no stars This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this McDonald’s — and unfortunately, it’s always with the same manager. I came in today using the McDonald’s app, and instead of helping like a professional, she was rude and dismissive again. No greeting, no patience, just attitude for no reason. If you don’t want people using the app, take it off the menu! It’s frustrating to be treated poorly when all I’m trying to do is pick up a simple order.
