Awful. Absolutely terrible. The service was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I stood in line for 20 min with an unruly 3 year old while the counter girl talked to boys. Finally I asked if I could order. I got my total. I knew instantly things were forgotten. I was correct. I go to get ketchup. Oh, what. They're out of little cups. She stares at me like I'm the idiot for want ketchup at McDonald's for French fries. I said can I have something to put it in and she hands me some packets. Fast forward. Food comes.
