Unreal!!! Paid my almost $4 for a caramel frappe and was handed a coffee slushie with all the whipped cream melted lol I mentioned it and awesome employee tells me that’s how they’re supposed to be and they’re always like that. Trying cleaning your damn toilets they are disgusting.
Orders were wrong. It took forever. I saw the manager wipe his nose with his bare hand and then continue to handle food!! Disgusting!!!! Made the mistake of pulling in this drive-thru after a late conference. We were stuck in the drive-thru for 35 minutes after they had our money! Doors were locked so we couldn't go in to get our food or complain. AWFUL! WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!
